Chef’s Booth Assistant

We are seeking a volunteer that is energetic, creative, and passionate about local food to help our Chef’s Booth manager to plan weekly menus, source ingredients for cooking demonstrations, assist with advertising, and fill in as the booth manager if needed.  

The Chef’s Booth Assistant will need to be able to stand on their feet for a period of time, and be able to lift up to 30lbs.  This would be an ideal role for a student or culinary professional wanting a “hands on” experience in a fun and dynamic farmers market environment.  Hours are 9am-12pm, Saturdays starting in June through November.  To apply, please click here to send us your information, or email your interest to pointreyesfarmersmarket@gmail.com

Market setup and breakdown

Our market is not possible without the help of our beloved volunteers!  We are currently seeking individuals to assist with set up and tear down of the market each week.  Duties include helping to set up canopies, umbrellas, tables, chairs and signs.  This position can include heavy lifting.  Morning set up is from 7am-9am and afternoon breakdown is from 1pm-3pm.  Please click here to send us your information, or email your interest to pointreyesfarmersmarket@gmail.com

greeters/information booth
