Chef Katie Mae’s passion is empowering people to build their fitness and well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through delicious plant foods! Katie Mae is a culinary coach and the founder of Plantz St. Culinary Gym, an online and local space teaching plant-based cooking, so it’s easy to do and packed with flavor. Since 2011, Katie Mae has also been teaching healthy and delicious cooking demos at TrueNorth Health Center and the McDougall residential health programs. Katie Mae holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
