Chef Tom Hudgens (Chez Panisse, Liberty Café), author and instructor.  His books include The Commonsense Kitchen and The Deep Springs Cookbook. Perfect for this hot weather, Tom will be preparing a chilled, raw summer squash dish, several compound butters served on fresh Brickmaiden Breads, and a cream/jam dessert.
